The type No. MWS-79RF Milli-Ranger is a milliwave range finder which uses the FM-CW system. Through use of guidepipes and reflectors, the controller can be installed away from the high temperature area.The reflector can be installed in the high temperature area and the controller in the normal temperature area, enabling measurement under high temperature even without cooling systems.
The MWS-CAS-3A/B Micro-Robo is a microwave range finder specifically for use on overhead cranes as a crash avoidance sensor. The sensor and reflector are installed face-to-face on adjacent overhead cranes running on the same rails. When one crane enters the preset slowing or stopping distances, the sensor will output a signal for the crane to either slow down or stop.
The MWS-MT-1 type Micro-Tracker has been developed for product tracking in the hot line process. The unit consists of a controller, antenna, and reflector. The MWS-MT-1 is an FM － CW method range finder. The MWS-MT-1 emits microwaves towards the reflect object in order to measure the reflection from it. When a slab interrupts the beam between the antenna and the reflect object, the reflection will not be received resulting in the slab presence signal being output. The sensor can be installed either on a diagonal or horizontal axis. Because of the digital detection, this will not be affected by vapor, water running on the slab and/or water spray.
