The DP-4000 is a high-performance differential pressure transmitter with a compact and robust Stainless steel electronics housing. The calibration / programming can be done very easy without test pressure by using the Unique One Touch programming button together with the Graphic display with back light. The multilingual graphic display can indicate a number of chosen engineering units including the process temperature as well as the mA output in a bargraph. Damping times can be adjusted and a 4-20 mA current simulation can be performed. For flow measurement a square root function is built-in with adjustable cut off point. The output is 4-20 mA including HART® protocol (HART® 7.0). ATEX II1G Ex ia IIC T6 Ga and IECEx approvals are available.
The TT-2000 Series is a complete stainless steel temperature transmitter, based on a PT-100 element (1/3 DIN class B). The range of standard elements can be set between -50 and 200°C. Other ranges are available on request. The PT-100 element is mounted in a stainless steel plug (sensor position 9). To obtain an accurate and fast measurement, the diameter of the insert part has to be chosen as small as possible. The resistance change of the PT-100 element due to temperature change is converted into a proportional 4-20 mA signal (2-wire). A great diversity in designs and process connections can be made including the milk couplings (DN25, 40 and 50), Tri-clamp (1, 1 ½ “or 2”) and hygienic weld-on-nipples as ¾ “BSP nut (diam. 28 mm). Associated immersion tubes (called Thermo Wells) fully welded and manufactured from execution (called “bar stock”) are available in various designs and materials (on request).
The hygienic level switch KMW is microprocessor based and can be installed in any position in tanks or piping systems. The measuring principle is an electromagnetic wave. A high frequency signal sweep is radiated from the sensor tip into the tank or pipe. The medium acts as a virtual capacitor. This virtual capacity will depend of the dielectric value of the medium and is well defined for most media. Therefore the KMW is suitable for almost all liquids and paste-like medias. There are 7 base settings for several medias.
The FLX level switch is based on the principle of conductivity. It is an all stainless steel level switch with a rugged design. The FLX can be used in all kinds of conductive liquids. Various sanitary process connections are available, for use in the Food & Beverage industry, like: G1” (1”BSP) with sanitary weld-on nipple, milk-coupling, tri-clamp or flanges. There are several executions available, like extended probes without electronics which can be shortened by the customer at any length, or our “flush” mounted version without insertion length.
