HiTECH’s SonicLaserTM Open Channel Flow Meter is available either as a two-part system or in HiTECH’s innovative EchoTREKTM unit; a single compact transmitter housed in a NEMA 4X or 6 enclosure. 

These systems utilize HiTECH's unique narrow beam SonicLaserTM technology to measure flow in an open channel.

They function with open channels or closed pipes, carrying water or sewage.  In free discharging, non-pressurized pipes a flume is required in a section of the pipe.
