MULTI-POINT

The principle of operation is simple which insures extremely reliable monitoring.

A magnetic float, moves up and down along a stainless steel guide/protection tube and tracks the liquid level being monitored. In the process it activates or deactivates reed relays internally fabricated in the tube.

As the float passes the reed relays they change their output state which they retain until the float passes again in the opposite direction.

All wetted parts are made of stainless steel.

Various process connections as well as flanged versions are available.

Switch point setting is accomplished by a simple mechanical adjustment of the gland.

Each relay is capable of directly switching loads of up to 3 amps.

All models with 2” process connection or larger can be installed without removing the float.

For applications having smaller process connections, the float is easily removed for installation.

The Nivopoint MR series of controls are general purpose level switches applicable for point level switching on liquids (either high or low; overfill, empty).
