FLEX 50

VEGAFLEX 50 series are the perfect solution for particularly difficult level measurement in solids (e.g. lime, cement, cereals, plastic granules, flour, gravel etc.).

Levels can be measured reliably and are virtually independent of the product characteristics, even in materials with changing humidity or fluctuating dielectric constant.

The units are simple to set-up as the VEGAFLEX can be calibrated without changing the level in the vessel.

Extremely short microwave pulses are guided down a stainless steel cable suspended in the vessel - these pulses are reflected by the process medium to provide accurate contents measurement of silos and hoppers.
